TERMS AND CONDITIONS You and/or the above named customers understand and agree that all
charges are assessed from Flipstyle Enterprise. All unpaid deposits and balances are authorized by the credit card
holder with either verbal or signed acceptance of this contract. All accounts not paid as due and agreed upon herein,
will be charged at a maximum rate of 18%. If this agreement is placed in the hands of an attorney and/or collection
agency, the undersigned and/or credit card holder agrees to pay all attorney and/or collection fees. Flipstyle Enterprise
is not responsible for items left in the vehicle at any time. Due to structural engineering of the limousines, if any
breakdown occurs the customer is subject to down time only. Flipstyle Enterprise reserves the right to substitute one
vehicle for another providing it is the same or larger size vehicle. All limousines are strictly non-smoking. Flipstyle
Enterprise will not be responsible for delays due to traffic conditions, accidents, or any other unforeseeable Acts of
God/Nature. If possible, any lost time as a result of the charter thereof will be made up at the end of the scheduled
charter. All reservations require a deposit of the total amount of the charter which is nonrefundable in the event of
cancellation. If a customer cancels a reservation within 72 hours of the date of the scheduled charter, said customer
will be responsible for full payment of the scheduled charter. Any downgrading of service, vehicle size and/or hours,
previously reserved, will not relieve customer from responsibility of paying the full amount of the originally scheduled
charter.
LIABILITY This agreement is a contractual arrangement of this company for hire of limousine services and specifically
to the performance by the customer in the limousine during the course of the charter. In addition to the hourly rate for
limousine/chauffer, for any damage in excess of unusual use/wear of the hired limousine, there will be a minimum
charge of $150.00 for the repair and/or general cleaning of the limousine. Decision as to the unusual use/wear of the
vehicle interior and its environs, rests with the company, and its experience as to general habitation of hired limousine,
and its decision is final. The customer and/or contract holder is fully responsible for the repair and/or replacement of
any damage to the vehicle by any member of their party. If at any time during the charter, the service is terminated,
due to unruly conduct, damage to the vehicle, abuse of any reason that the company deems valid, no refund of money
will be made. Flipstyle Enterprise reserves the right to refuse service as it deems appropriate. Signature or verbal
acceptance of the party hiring the vehicle constitutes full and complete agreement and understanding of this
contractual agreement.
